Our Retailers

We have retailers in North America, Europe, Japan and Australia. We think it is always better to buy locally, plus you get to take advantage lower shipping costs and quicker delivery.

Some of them have a physical store, others operate through a website. Some carry our complete product line and other offer a more specific selection (like gymnastics, figure skating or patterns for knits.

Our Online Store

Because many people would rather buy directly from us, we have built an online store. We always recommend that you buy our sewing patterns locally from a Retailer nearest you. But if you still want to go straight to the source, you can shop securely and safely here. All orders placed on www.jalie.com ship from Canada. If you live outside of Canada, please allow a few more days for delivery. Please note that all credit card transactions are processed in Canadian funds. If you browsed our website using the Euro or US conversion, the converted amount on your credit card statement should be very close to the amount you saw before checkout. However, since credit card companies do not use the same exchange rate, you might see a very small difference.

After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order ships (within 1-2 business days from ordering date). If you don't receive the confirmation e-mail, it may be because your e-mail address was typed incorrectly, the confirmation e-mail was sent to your junk folder, or your e-mail provider is blocking the confirmation e-mail.

When you add a 4th pattern to your order, a discount for the value of one pattern will automatically appear in your cart, no coupon code required. If you buy 4, one of them if free, if you buy 8, 2 of them are free, etc. There is no limit on the number of free patterns. The discount do not apply to previously placed orders.

Sizing

You do not have to select a size when ordering a pattern. All sizes you see on the back of the pattern are included in the envelope.

Returns and Exchanges

Patterns cannot be returned or exchanged unless wrong items were sent. If your order is returned to us because of insufficient or wrong address, we will deduct shipping and give you a partial refund.
