We How we determine Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight and destination of your order. Not subject to special offers. Charges are calculated before taxes (taxes are only applicable on Canadian orders). All orders are subject to verification. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase. When you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to obtain a shipping rate quote. You will receive your shipping options before you have to commit to or pay for your order.

Delivery Times

• We process orders within 1-2 business days and ship daily.
• If you live outside Canada and need your patterns within 2 weeks or less, please order form a local retailer.
• Once your order has shipped, these are the approximate delivery times provided by Canada Post:
• Quebec: 2-3 business days
• Canada: 5-7 business days
• United States: 10-12 business days
• International (outside Canada & USA): 10-12 business days

Order Tracking

You can log into your account at any time (by clicking the link in the upper right corner) to check the status of your order. When your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number you can use on the Canada Post website.
